We have a total of 7 fully furnished apartments on our property. Each with its own private entrance, kitchen, living room and bathroom.  Pack "n Plays and baby chairs are available upon request and availability.

We have 4 standard one bedroom, one bathroom apartments with a queen bed in the bedroom as well as a fold out twin ottoman bed in the living room. These apartments have a max capacity of 3 guests.

We have 1 two-story "Honeymoon Suite" with the kitchen and living room downstairs with a fold out twin ottoman bed. Upstairs is the king bed, egg chair swing and large bathroom. This apartment has a max capacity of 3 guests.

 

We have a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment with a queen bed in the first bedroom. The master bedroom has a king bed, a fold out twin ottoman bed and an en-suite bathroom. This apartment has a max capacity of 5 guests.

 

We also have a two bedroom, one bathroom apartment with a queen bed in the first bedroom. The larger bedroom has 2 queen size beds. This apartment has a max capacity is 6 guests.

 

 We have gone to great lengths to make sure that you will be very comfortable during your stay with us. Each fully furnished apartment has been meticulously designed to ensure comfort while keeping our environmental awareness.  The furniture is high quality custom made from 95% recycled materials. All of the lighting is LED for low power consumption. Each room is equipped with adjustable ceiling fans and high efficiency air conditioning units. The kitchens have large refrigerators, 2 burner induction stove tops, microwaves, blenders, French coffee presses and Keurig coffee makers. All flatware, plate ware, and cookware are included.

The bedrooms have luxury high thread count bed sheets and linens. The new pillows and  mattresses provide both support and comfort. Each closet has shelving, clothes hangers and digital safes for your personal belongings. We provide 2 Tommy Bahama beach chairs with matching umbrellas, beach towels and coolers in each apartment that are free to use during your stay. We just ask that they be rinsed off and left clean for the next guests to use.

The bathrooms have LED backlit mirrors, moisture extractors, frameless glass showers with rainforest shower heads, shampoo, body wash, bath towels, toiletries, clothes steamer and a blow dryer.

Each living room has its own air conditioning, ceiling fan, large sofa and TV connected to Roku and Netflix.There is also a fold out twin ottoman bed perfect for children or an extra guest. You will find extra linens in the bedroom closet.

We have installed 2500 gallons of reserve water tanks on our roof and 4 solar and electric water heaters that store an additional 500 gallons.  All of the water is filtered and the cold water in each kitchen faucet goes through another filtration for drinking purposes.

The main courtyard has a new outdoor shower and plenty of shade and comfortable seating. Our new egg shaped hanging chairs provide a nice place to read, relax, and unwind.

Our middle courtyard has another outdoor shower, seating, bike racks and surf board racks.

​

Our third courtyard has a new stainless steel propane BBQ, sink, tables and seating for 16. All of our courtyards are available to all guests.  We do ask that all guests respect quiet hours between 11:00 pm and 9:00 am.
